How do you sleep!??
Strange and unusual question I know, but I hope you won’t mind me asking…just between us…do you sleep naked?
The reason I ask is I now feel like a freak ( I know, not again..)…
Anyhow this is why…. Me and my lovely mates got together the other day. I would like to say it was all sex in the city like with cosmopolitans and naughty men but to be honest it was more twiglets and chocolate fondue, but anyway we got to talking. And for some strange reason the conversation landed on whether we sleept naked or not….now I am a sleep clothed at all times kind of girl (well there might be a fire or something !?) but I have discovered it is one of those things that separates people into 2 definite camps.
Out of the the seven of us only two didn’t sleep naked …simulary the same two (me and my equally shame faced frumpy feeling mate) would never ever go to the bathroom(for a wee) in front of our partners either, everyone else made it sound like some kind of deep mating ritual, you’ve not lived unless you have sat on the loo while in the presence of your partner, its a closeness thing apparently. Not for me, I just couldnt do it!
Does that mean me and my lovely mate are a little uptight? ..not quite comfortable with our other halves?
Or are we more in touch with our old fashioned, leave a bit to the imagination “I am a ladieee don’t you know?” side ??
Who knows ..just think its stange…so please tell me, what do you sleep in ? or are you all just naked harlots?…
and if so why? inquiring minds (mine ) would really like to know.

Mostly in pjs, sometimes in yesterdays t-shirt and occasionally naked. . .
As far as using the bathroom in front of my spouse – it doesn’t bother me a bit. . .
PJ’s till bed, then naked, as MadDad!!
ha ha! thanku ladies! at this point, without getting too personal I feel I must add, i am only talking about being naked at “sleep” times, if you know what I mean, not adverse to being naked sometimes, just not for sleep ;D lol…hope that’s cleared that up xxx
Pj’s when it’s cold, naked or just knickers when it’s not. Or T-shirt. Sometimes depends whether I’ve gone to bed first, or whether I can find anything to put on in the dark whilst hubbie is sleeping!!
But I wouldn’t wee in front of hubbie. Trying to think – might have had to when was preggers and he was in the shower and I couldn’t wait, but that would be about it!!
Naked, always, unless it’s VERY cold then I might wear socks, or if I’m staying at someone else’s house then knickers and t shirt out of respect. Have no probs peeing in the presence of my Mr, or my 3 kids, or indeed some of my good friends (girls nights out, which are a rarity these days) but sometimes get a little bladder shy in public loos-what’s that all about?
My sister has a thing about always wearing knickers in bed or she feels “exposed”. I don’t like wearing clothes because they always get tangled up.
Well I am definitely a PJ girl and am proud to say it too, even if we are in a minority!
Sleeping naked just feels uncomfortable to me – yes I am weird but at least I admit it :0)

Wearing as much as I can get on at moment cos I’m a chilly mortal! It has to be scorching hot for me to sleep naked. As for having a wee with Hubby about, not a problem at all. Funnily enough, he gets ‘stage fright’ if I’m there though! Lol
I never sleep naked unless it is very hot and sticky and even then that’s rare. It is more a comfort thing than a “hiding from my partner” thing. I walk around naked without any concerns so I guess it is definitely not about shyness. I just love my pjs and nighties in summer.
Regarding going to the loo in front of my partner I simply CAN’T! I had to during both labours and all I could say while drugged up sat on the loo is “please close your eyes or look away, I don’t want you to see me like this or I will have to kill you!” I know I might be a bit over the top but I like my husband to imagine my body for lots of lovely things other than its basic primary functions…
I’m definitely in favour of joint bathroom rituals – no secrets there. And… I always used to sleep naked, until recently. I want to reintroduce it soon, though – because I do believe it’s better for the relationship. As soon as it gets warmer. Each to their own, though – right?
I allways wear pjs, steve says I have a pj fetish, It costs him a fortune, lol. As for going to the toilet in front of steve, no way, it’s the only time o get to be on my own, lol. Xxx
Im usually a naked girl but have resorted to pj’s in all this cold weather. If desperate will wee in front of hubbie but very rarely and certainly not for anything other than a wee!
Im a pj girl, in fact hubby says i have a pj fetish, as well as shoes and hand bags, lol but it costs him a fortune this time of yr cos i love my pj’s i have to have loads, and even in the summer i wear them, i just don’t feel right not wearing anything in bed. as for the toilet, i have been with hubby for 12yrs and i have never been to the loo in front of him, i thing toilet habbits are the only time as a mum i get to myself. xx
Lol, brilliant, we are kindred spirits. I love pjs – not because I consider myself prudish or anything (I have no problem being seen naked, for example, and nakedness was never an issue in our household as a child). I also have been known to wee in front of my husband (although never number twos…ewwww!!)
But I just feel odd, uncomfortable sleeping naked…
