With it being bank holiday and with no major plans Me, Milly and Big J decided to take a trip to the local woods for a bit of a wander.
It was lovely and quiet and it felt like we had the place to ourselves until a family of deer appeared, it was so amazing they got quite close to us and Milly just watched them mouth open wide in amazment! I don’t know if us having milly made them feel more at ease but they stayed and looked at us for ages, the mummy deer looking back as she left almost to say goodbye. It was a really lovely moment!
As we were about to leave we spotted this amazing tree with a really spooky face and we all ran out of the woods fake screaming! (we weren’t really scared , honest!)
It was great free fun and made me glad we hadn’t just made our usual bank holiday trip to the shops! ( I’m sure my bank manager will be equally chuffed!)
